당사는 Dynamic Tape의 한국 독점대리점으로서 당사 대리점을 제외한 업체들의 Dynamic Tape 판매를 허가하지 않고 있습니다. 최근 밸런스바디라는 업체에서 2011년 한국 공장에서 생산이 중단된 재고테이프를 온라인 판매하는 것을 발견, 이와 관련하여 Dynamic Tape 본사와 확인해보니 제품 완성도가 낮은 제품이라 한국생산을 2011년에 중단했으며, 현재의  Dynamic Tape와 모양도 다르다고 확인하였습니다. 이에 본사에서 밸런스바디에 아래와 같은 공문을 보냈으며, 상표무단사용 및 위조제품 판매 등에 대한 경고 조치를 했습니다. 소비자 여러분들도 사용기간이 지난 위조 제품을 사용하지 않도록 주의하시길 바랍니다.

It has come to our attention that you are selling a counterfeit Dynamic Tape products on your website. This is not a genuine product. I am sorry if someone has sold you these under false pretences.  Furthermore you are infringing on our trade mark rights.  We request that you cease and desist immediately. If you would like to stock the genuine product you could talk to our authorised distributor in South Korea and I am happy to put you in touch with them to see if something can be worked out.
